Welcome to my food journal! I am blogging what I eat everyday (exciting right). I am doing this so I feel more responsible for what I eat. Feel free to follow my progress. And if you are trying to lose weight and need someone to give you encouragement or to listen I am more than happy to be that person. I may not be the healthiest person now, but I am getting better.

Weight loss so far

I did my first weigh in this morning. I did my first on one 2/22/10. I was going to wait until Monday and just do once a week, but I decided I couldn't wait :)

So far I have lost.....




13 Pounds!!
