I felt like I ate a lot today and I was never really super hungry. Now that I look at my calories it seems like I should have eaten more. You don't want to be too low on your calories or your body will think it is running out of food and you will retain weight. Stupid body is too smart for me.
I am also going to try to get more sleep. From everything I have read online getting enough sleep is just as important as eating right. You need to give your body time to relax.

Whitney, lets be weight loss buddies! I have fallen into a deep rut and it's so hard to change patterns and habits. I am at my heaviest non-pregnancy weight I have ever been, and I just don't feel good. :(
ReplyDeleteyou are doing great. I've heard that recording your intake every day really is a good way to see what you are putting in your body, which makes it easier to make healthy changes.
My goal was to lose 30lbs by my 30th birthday.... but now I've gained a ton of weight and I have to lose like 50lbs to be my goal weight. :( very frustrating.
I will be your buddy!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you can totally lose 50lbs by your birthday! It is like 2lbs a week. With the sream room called HK you live in :) It will melt off if you take walks with the girls.
And you know how to cook which will help you control what you eat. I am at Kelly's mercy :)
