I call it a "diet" because I am still eating whatever I want. I just write down everything I eat and drink so I can control my caloric intake. I am trying to stay between 1800-2000 calories a day. I am normally way above that, I think. Since I never keep track I am not sure.
Next I am going to exercise more. I really am. As soon as I stop being so lazy :) but I figure I am bound to lose some weight if I just eat less.
I know I am not going to lose a bunch of weight in the next 5 weeks but baby steps are what I am going for right now. And if I lose some weight then I will feel better when I am in my swimsuit.
