Welcome to my food journal! I am blogging what I eat everyday (exciting right). I am doing this so I feel more responsible for what I eat. Feel free to follow my progress. And if you are trying to lose weight and need someone to give you encouragement or to listen I am more than happy to be that person. I may not be the healthiest person now, but I am getting better.

I have included gadgets on the side for a weight loss tip of the day and a BMI calculator to help me, and you, become healthier.

2/24/10

I am trying something new today.. Instead of blogging everything at night I am going to blog from my phone through out the day (you gotta love technology).
So, my food journal for today:
Oatmeal- 320
Diet Dr. Pepper- 0
5 hour Energy- 4 (I didn't get that much needed sleep I needed last night)
Gum- 10
Bourbon Beef- 280
Diet Coke- 0
Popcorn- 100
**I am way too low on on calories right now! I should be around 1200-1500 and I am at 714. That means I still need 1086-1286 calories today. So, I am having Taco Time for dinner.**
Super Soft Taco, beef- 590
Mexi Fries- 390

Calorie total: 1694


After dinner Megan & I went swimming at the gym. We swam for 25 minutes or so. We also sat in the hot tub and steam room. It felt so nice!!
