Welcome to my food journal! I am blogging what I eat everyday (exciting right). I am doing this so I feel more responsible for what I eat. Feel free to follow my progress. And if you are trying to lose weight and need someone to give you encouragement or to listen I am more than happy to be that person. I may not be the healthiest person now, but I am getting better.

I was hungry all day again today... grrr. I ate a lot and drank a lot of water. I guess I need more protein during the day and food that makes me feel full longer.

I think I might also be hungry all day because I am used to snacking all day at work. We always have food on our desks. I am trying to break the habit but it is really hard.
